Catering required?

PLEASE NOTE: The Crowley Centre works with 5 Preferred Caterers (names available upon request). Every caterer pays a venue charge to the Crowley Arts Centre based on gross food and beverage sales. This fee is 10% for Preferred Caterers and 12% for all external caterers.

Room/Hall/Stage set up requirements

Stage requirements:
The standard size for the stage in the Main Hall is 12 ft X 32 ft. The stage can, however, be altered to your specifications. Please note that any modification of the stage will result in an additional labour charge. Additional risers will be an additional charge.

Stage/Hall setup:
Please describe below your stage and/or hall requirements in detail (including size of stage required, setup (of stage and/or hall), if a live band is playing or a DJ or both, etc...). Please send an image of your set requirements if possible to the e-mail listed above.
